Friendship Brows

I had a really bad experience at this parlour. They completely messed up my eyebrows, and I am very disappointed with their service. They used to have a girl named Sam who did a really good job, but she is no longer working here, and honestly, the service is not the same anymore. My eyebrows were not done properly, and I regret going there. I used to have more trust in this place, but after this experience, I would not recommend it. If you are thinking about getting your eyebrows done here, please think twice and be careful.

I walked in and was greeted by Sam, who is a bright ray of sunshine. On my inquiring, she shared the devastation from the recent floods in her native Nepal and I learned so much. She did an incredible, thorough job on my eyebrows and it was less than 10 minutes in and out. Great prices too. I highly recommend. Thank you Sam!

Sam is the best! Giving it 4 stars however because she used to be there all the time and it was easy to see her but now she seems to only be there on the weekends. It’s a shame because so many people want to see her and there’s always a long wait. One time I even had to leave cause it was too long of a wait. Wish she worked at least a weekday or two, that would alleviate some of her client backlog on the weekends!
